Our Story
3 Arrows Coffee Company was born in 2018 out of a deep love for people and coffee. What started in a small Wisconsin café quickly grew into a roasting company with a simple mission: Love People, Love Coffee. From those early days to cafés in both Wisconsin and Florida, our journey has always been about connection.
We partner with farms we know and trust, roast in small batches, and serve our communities with care. Every milestone—opening new shops, expanding roasting, shipping nationwide—comes back to one goal: making coffee an experience that brings people together.
Where it began (2011)
Our family opened a small sandwich-and-pizza spot and added a morning drive-thru coffee window. That little window showed us how coffee brings people together—and planted the seeds for 3 Arrows.
Learning the craft (2014)
By 2014, Tyler was working behind a coffee bar, diving deeper into espresso and specialty brewing. That hands-on experience grew into a full-blown passion for sourcing, roasting, and serving coffee well.
3 Arrows begins (2018)
In 2018, the first 3 Arrows Coffee café opened in a historic church building in Wisconsin. With just 800 square feet, a handful of seats, and a lot of heart, 3 Arrows Coffee was born.
From café to roastery
Within two years, demand had grown enough that roasting became essential. We invested in a roaster, started sourcing green coffee more intentionally, and began shipping coffee across the country.
Today, 3 Arrows operates multiple cafés and a dedicated roasting facility, while serving wholesale partners from Wisconsin to Florida and beyond.
Our Coffee
We work directly with trusted farmers—like Finca Terrerito in Honduras—to source with integrity and sustainability. Each batch is roasted intentionally to highlight origin character, from bright Colombian lots to sweet Brazilian coffees and carefully crafted blends.

Every cup is a chance to care for someone. Coffee is our craft, but people are our purpose.

Coffee is only as strong as the equipment behind it. That’s why we launched the 3 Arrows Tech Division—supporting cafés across Southwest Florida with espresso machine installs, preventative maintenance, repairs, grinder calibration, and water quality solutions.
